We have had
such a fun, busy month! We had such a great time exploring our Travel and Transportation unit.
Two of our favorite stories this month were Up, Up, Up by: Susan
Reed and We All Go Traveling by: Sheena Roberts.

| Sensory ~ Car wash with vehicles, shaving cream, spray bottles, and sponges. |

| The block area had all kinds of transportation toys and materials, but our favorite was building ramps and sliding cars, trucks and airplanes down the big tube! |

| We turned our dramatic play center into an airport! Our airplane flew to many different destinations and everyone took turns in the pilot seat. |

| We spent a few days fishing in our classroom boat. We caught some big ones! |

Writing Center ~ Hot Air Balloons and Transportation BINGO! We worked on following directions, attending, number recognition and working cooperatively in a small group (turn-taking, sharing).
We also did
quite a bit of gardening this month. Did you
notice our new ECDC garden? Special
thank you to Miss Claudia for helping us get some plants in the ground! Everyone had a great time raking, digging and
planting! It will be fun to watch our
garden grow over the summer!
We had so much fun this year!!
